Sheetal M. Fisher focuses her legal practice on advising clients with respect to estate planning, trust and estate administration, business transactions, and entity formations.

Prior to joining Rogers, Sheffield & Campbell, LLP, Mrs. Fisher spent several years at a Los Angeles based firm before managing her own Santa Barbara-based legal practice for over a decade. Mrs. Fisher received her undergraduate degree from the University of California at Berkeley and her law degree from the University of California at Los Angeles School of Law.

Estate Planning. Mrs. Fisher routinely assists clients with the preparation of wills, trusts, power of attorney documents, health care directives, and related estate planning documents.

Trust and Estate Administration. She also assists clients with the post-death administration of trusts and estates.

Business Transactions. Mrs. Fisher frequently assists clients in connection with business transactions, including the preparation and negotiation of contracts.

Entity Formation. In addition, Mrs. Fisher has a great deal of experience advising clients with respect to business entity selection and formation matters, including corporations, limited liability companies, limited partnerships and general partnerships.
